I create works based on fragmentary scenes found in urban spaces and everyday life.
By selecting seemingly insignificant elements—passersby, parts of buildings, or menus displayed at storefronts—and rendering them through the time-intensive process of pointillism, I attempt to fix vague sensations such as memory and atmosphere onto the surface.

Restricted to black alone, the images shift away from realism toward abstraction and symbolism, leaving space for viewers to connect the works with their own memories and experiences.
